POAL Planned Outage for Upgrading Friday 1st December 2023 
6:00am – 7:00pm(60mins)

The following will be impacted:
  • - POAL Internal systems
    - PortConnect Integration service
    - Container Chain Integration service

Messages received during the outage period will be queued up and processed once the system is back online. 

TSW Issue 01.12.23

There is an issue being experienced by POAL with recieving TSW clearance messages. 

POAL are currently investigating.

This message will be removed once the issue has been resolved.

  • Monthly subscription which provides full container information.
  • Unlimited users
  • Unlimited container search via homepage quick search or the track and trace page
  • Previous Trading Partner searches saved to minimise data entry
  • Both high level and additional detailed information on Imports, Exports and Transhipment containers
  • Container history (prior container visits) search  

The Track & Trace information is also available via our Container Visit API.
