POAL Planned Outage for Upgrading Friday 1st December 2023 
6:00am – 7:00pm(60mins)

The following will be impacted:
  • - POAL Internal systems
    - PortConnect Integration service
    - Container Chain Integration service

Messages received during the outage period will be queued up and processed once the system is back online. 

TSW Issue 01.12.23

There is an issue being experienced by POAL with recieving TSW clearance messages. 

POAL are currently investigating.

This message will be removed once the issue has been resolved.

Cost Acceptance


The Cost Acceptance function allows users to:

  • Search containers and assign the debtor account against the following cost types:
    • Demurrage
    • MPI Billing Hold
  • Search and update multiple containers at once
  • Includes containers at MetroPort Auckland
  • Add Purchase Order / Reference numbers – This feature is optional but can be set to Mandatory upon request
