We are proud to announce a new collaboration with OneStop. to provide PortConnect Users with visibility of when and where Empty Containers transit through an Empty Depot including POAL Link.
PortConnect Track and Trace Customers will be able to view this data via the Web, and B2B Customers will be able to subscribe to the events via the API and XML channels.
PortConnect is passionate about providing a consolidated single source of truth for the NZ Container Supply Chain. Working in partnership with OneStop. means we can continue to improve transparency, traceability and standardisation leading to clarity on detention, demurrage and efficiency gains for the entire supply chain.

Our Services
PortConnect provides visibility of all key container clearances and vessel movements to ensure accurate and timely container management.
- Vessel Schedule - Access vessel information either via our website or API for Vessels in Port, Expected Arrivals and Recent Departures. We also provide receival and cut-off times for the seaport and inland port.
- Export Pre-Advice - Submit Export information to our partner ports via our website, XML or API.
- Track & Trace - Search all container details via the free Public Track & Trace or detailed Subscribed Track & Trace.
- Notifications - Receive email notifications or callbacks via API when events occur against containers in real time. This is available for Port of Auckland, Port of Tauranga, Lyttelton Port Company and Timaru Container Terminal.
- Shuttle Connect - Set and maintain the priority of containers destined for Metroport Auckland from Port of Tauranga or update the outbound mode for the container to rail for Port of Auckland.
