POAL Planned Outage for Upgrading Friday 1st December 2023

6:00am – 7:00pm(60mins)

The following will be impacted:

- POAL Internal systems
- PortConnect Integration service
- Container Chain Integration service

Messages received during the outage period will be queued up and processed once the system is back online.

TSW Issue 01.12.23

There is an issue being experienced by POAL with recieving TSW clearance messages.

POAL are currently investigating.

This message will be removed once the issue has been resolved.

For Shipping Lines that don't utilise COREOR or experience EDI outages, we provide Clear Container to manually submit Line Clearance.

Shipping lines use this service to send Line Clearance directly to our partner ports terminal operating systems. Clear Container is available for Northport, Port of Auckland, Port of Tauranga and Timaru Container Terminal.

The Empty Return Depot can be set at the same time the Line Clearance is submitted.

This service generates efficiencies from a Line perspective and ensures containers don't get held up at the ports.
